Payments settle to your own account on Stripe’s standard payout schedule — typically 2 business days for established accounts. Harmoney never holds your funds.
What are the Stripe fees?
Card processing runs on Stripe, and Stripe’s standard processing fees apply to each transaction, billed through Stripe. Harmoney’s 1.5% + 5¢ is separate and shown on every payout report.
How do refunds work?
You issue refunds from your dashboard; they return to the customer’s original payment method. See our Refunds & Disputes policy for timelines and dispute handling.
Do I need to buy hardware?
