Privacy Policy
Last updated 2026-07-24
This policy explains what Harmoney collects, why, and the choices you have. Short version: we collect what we need to run your commerce tools, we don’t sell personal data, and payment card data is handled by Stripe — not stored by Harmoney.
1. What we collect
Account data: your name, business name, email, and settings. Commerce data: your catalog, links, invoices, bookings, and sales records. Customer data you collect through taps: contact details a customer chooses to share, booking details, and order information.
Card numbers never touch Harmoney systems — checkout runs on Stripe, and Stripe’s privacy policy governs card data.
2. How we use it
To run the Services: settle sales to your account, deliver bookings, send the receipts and reminders you configure, and show you your own reporting.
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors that make the Services work (Stripe for payments, our hosting and email providers) under contracts that limit their use.
3. Your customers
When your customers tap your card, the data they submit belongs to your business relationship with them. We process it on your behalf; you are responsible for using it lawfully (e.g., honoring unsubscribe requests).
4. Retention & your rights
We keep records as long as your account is active plus what tax and payments regulations require. You can export your data from the dashboard and request deletion of your account; some transaction records must be retained where the law requires it.
